Ultimate Aire has been a pleasure to work with and I can't recommend them enough. Recently they performed a scheduled yearly maintenance on our family's central A/C. Dave did a great job (as always) with his inspection and cleaning of the system. He was on-time, thorough, and easy to work with-- exactly the experience we've come to expect from Ultimate Aire after working with them over the years!

You can’t go wrong with Ultimate Aire Systems. Honest advice, fair price, and fast and effective work. Dennis is a great guy who really knows what he is doing. He took care of my A/C maintenance and I am looking forward to seeing him again to service the heating system.

My water pump had gone bad, and as a result, it was causing a strange sound whenever my air conditioner was on. I was also concerned because one of my condensers outside was not well secured on the ground. Dennis Arsenault who is one of the technicians came to replace the water pump. I also informed him of my concern about the condenser. He was very polite and very thorough. He was also very thoughtful in covering his shoe before he entered the house. He took the time to see that everything was working well before he left. He found out what was causing the condenser to be unsteady. He not only corrected the problem, but went over and beyond to make sure that it would remain secure.He made sure that I was was satisfied, and took the time to explain everything to me. I was happy to receive such outstanding service. This was really a good experience for me, and I am writing this review with pleasure. I wish it was possible to give him more than five stars.

Amazing company to work with! Besides the workmanship being top-notch, the people are wonderful to work with.. When the inspectors came to inspect the finished job, they both said the job was done great, they know the company and they’ve never had an issue with them. I highly highly recommend using them. And besides the wonderful people and the great work, they also had the best price!

We recently hired Ultimate Aire Systems to install central AC in our home and we were extremely happy with the job they did. The project started on time and the crew was knowledgeable, professsional, courteous, and they did a great cleanup. Jeff, the owner, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We trust that he was not overselling us on anything and we really feel he had our best interest in mind. We highly recommend them.

Ultimate Aire Systems Has the highest standards for their Installation department and Service department. I would highly recommend this company.

I called Ultimate after calling another company and having the tech seem unsure what the problem was. When I spoke to ultimate, they sent Dennis who was very knowledgeable about the carrier system we had. He looked at things the previous tech didn’t seem to think of. He understood what was wrong with my furnace. After returning the next day, I got a quote to replace the system that was almost HALF what the previous company quoted. The whole team came out (on a Saturday!) to get the new system in place. They were very courteous and professional. I am very glad I called them. Many thanks to Dennis, David, Jeff, and Rose.

I would give Ultimate Systems a nickname “Holy AC business”. They put interests of the client ahead of making quick buck and overcharging while recognizing that customer is in the jam. Top level professionals with unparalleled integrity and commitment to deliver the highest value and satisfaction to the customer. We were blessed with choosing Ultimate Air in 1996, for our first project. That Carrier unit is still working fine. Now we are working with them on options to replace the second unit.

Just had Preventive Maintenance at 2 addresses. One in Ramsey the other in Wayne. Dennis was the tech at both and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them for service of your HVAC.

For over 35 years the service has been excellent. They come when promised. The techs know what they are doing. The prices are fair. Ive never had a need to call anyone else.

I had an older AC unit replaced and I was very happy with the level of service received, from the office staff to the installers, everyone was efficient, communicative, and responsive. The crew that worked on the installation put down tarps in the house and did a really good job of cleaning up their work areas, inside and out. They creatively addressed the challenging issue of how to access the air handler in my attic and re-configured/re-built the boards in the attic to facilitate the installation and so that future service and maintenance would be easier. The office staff was very responsive to all of my questions and requests and did so in a very nice manner. I highly recommend Ultimate Aire.

Ultimate was at our house the last two days installing a central air system. We had been told by several companies that due to the age and makeup of our house, we could not do a conventional system and would have to do either a Jet style system or split units at a much higher price. Jeff came in and said a conventional system would absolutely work. The crew that was here both days was fantastic and did great work. They rolled out floor mats and tarps to keep our carpets clean, shop vac’d any debris that fell and treated the house like it was their own. They also answered any questions that I had throughout both days and seemed like overall great people Oh and on top of that, the system works even better than I would have imagined! Thanks again to Jeff and his whole crew! We’ll be recommending you to anyone who asks!

I called this company based on the posted reviews and from the first time I called the office I was impressed with their professional manner and that they took time to listen to my needs and didn't try to hurry me off the phone. Anthony showed up on time and spent over an hour looking at the house and floor plan and measuring for the correct size and layout of the system. Jeff and his install team Pete, Mark, Dennis, Jason and Joe were here on time and they did an amazing job, they were neat, competent and very professional and I am very happy with my new AC system Thanks to everyone especially the girls in the office Roseanne, Sharon and Gabby who answered all my endless questions Everytime I called

We had 2 furnaces and 2 AC systems replaced that had not been working properly. We received other estimates before making our decision. They explained everything to us. They arrived promptly. Their employees were professional and respectful of us, as we had to work while they were all through our home installing units in basement and attic. They spent 2 days at our home and when the left after the first day you would not know they had been there all day. We are thrilled to have working heat and AC and we highly recommend their services and are very happy we used them!
